Guys...I just need some clarification. I realise Bladed weapons do "Lethal" damage, but what exactly is the "Lethality" stat of weapons? Your chance to hit? I checked my PDF manual which err...well, could be more useful.
- thanks in advance! (hey that Rhymes)

I not really sure how damage is calculated, but from what I found it seems Lethality determines the chance to dodge, or to receive a critical hit when struck, if you'd like.
The chance to hit is determined by the Melée skill.

Lethality
Weapon "lethality" is all about the ability of a kindred to soak the damage done with stamina.
If a weapon does "bashing" damage, it will be easier for vampires to soak that damage with their stamina points, while "lethal" damage are tougher for stamina to soak. Aggravated damage cannot be soaked with Stamina, it is only soaked with the Fortitude discipline. An example: If a lethal damage weapon has lethality 7, it means that for a kindred's stamina would have a 40% chance to soak. (in a 10-sided dice, you'd have to get a roll of 7 or higher to succeed)
Hope that helped! Cheers!
