I'm not exactly sure where the rhyme comes from but [url="http://www.gibberlings3.net/"]this site[/url] is where you can see the three gibberlings do their thing - mods etc galore for infinity engine games

ps they do have a somewhat crazy sense of humour but as far as I know they don't actually gibber

Main character can say this phrase to uncle Gerhardt(Jan Jansen's quest). Game was created before this mod community, was it not? So the question remains: what's the meaning?
