The mysterious siege tower in Lower Wards

I managed to get into the siege tower and had a talk with Coaxmetal. He said something about the Tower and "Entropy" and how the tower appears on other planes. And then something about destroying the multiverse. But it was all completely nonsensical to me. Anybody know what Coaxmetal is talking about?

He's basically telling you the story of his role in the Multiverse, which besides an entry in the journal doesn't have an impact on the gameplay, so no worries

Yep, as far as I understood he's just telling you about the epic battle within the Multiverse between the forces of destruction and creation, between order and chaos.
It serves no other purpose than giving you some background info on all those conflicting interests and entities in the Multiverse.
