Using a frying pan as a weapon in Fable and Fable TLC is completely ridiculous.
Why in the world would use frying pan as a weapon? Did you know how stupid is that weapon? It was use as a blunt weapon where you hit the enemies on the head with a frying pan, which makes sense, but it is a stupid weapon for crying out loud, it was use as cooking, not a weapon.

You can also use this weapon as a damaging weapon. With five complete sharpening augmentations, you can pump the damage right up to 165+

Well that's stupid. How about you use 5 piercing augmentation onto that weapon.

Putting five Mana Augmentations in the Frying Pan will recharge your mana faster than anything else.

Okay, that makes sense, but the frying pan can be useful if using 5 mana augmentations to this weapon. Well, I would still not use that weapon. Never use it, never will.
Now did anyone agree with me about the frying pan?

Umm.....no?Now did anyone agree with me about the frying pan?
The frying pan was a joke by Molyneux, an easter egg and nothing more. It acted as a weapon and thus augmentations were allowed, but it's just a stupid joke.
You are possibly the first person I've met that didn't get it.
Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
