Shani will not meet me at the hospital, I have done the graveyard thing and if I talk to Raymond the quest ends unfinished. Got the party stuff for Shani but no more mesages about the party. AAlso cannot locate Seigfield. I left stuff in the storage in the swamp and its not there now.
Any ideas here? I have read the walkthroug and printed the steps so I can follow them. Confused.

IIRC, there's something you can do in the graveyard that will tell you the same information that you'd gain from the autopsy, making the autopsy moot. If you already know who the bad guy is, then just go talk to Raymond and proceed from there.
