I've got a little question: could you please give me some situation and decisions where you can get high influence on Mandalore or G0T0 in Kotor II? Didn't get anything by using google and by searching the forum. Thanks in advance!

try gameFAQs dot com, they got influence guides pretty much spelled out. For both, choose dark side options, like killing innocents and using force when possible and advantageous (ie gets you money, for G0-T0). Mandalore just likes to fight.
