So here I am, in the Shadow Theater, Room of Doors. The only problem is there is no golem whatsoever around. What should I do?

Are you sure you are in the room of doors? (..this only occurs once you have gone through the dialog with Magda, *after* defeating Okku.)
If so he is at position #3, or should be. (..be sure to check each position, it's dark and it can be disorienting.)
Neverwinter Nights 2 @ GameBanshee
If he isn't there then try reloading from an earlier save. If that doesn't work then do a search for the console command for the golem (..perhaps the bioware forum has the information.)

Yes I am. I even opened the chests and all, and he's not there.

Houston, we have a problem!
There are NO chests in that room. In fact there isn't anything BUT the golem in the "room of doors". The "doors" are portals that "pop-up" *after* activating the golem.

No no no, I see the portals (I mean, the gates), and Kaelyn even commented about the golem... which is nowhere to be seen.

..actually you shouldn't see the gates until the golem activates them, but you should see circular wardings on the ground for each location.
If that's what you see then yeah - probably a bug.

If so then proceed with my previous suggestions.. and good luck!

No one, nowhere has the solution. Guess this is my luck... an unique bug. I'll just have to give up on playing MotB, as I can't continue with no golem.

I'm having problems with graphics and the dream and planar sequences.
BTW, IF you can get the command coordinates for Thaymount, then you should be able to progress in the game.

the first time i see one of these "mysterious" errors....the first thing i do is go through the mods installed....
maybe u'll find the culprit there.....best of luck.....the game-based bugs tend to disappear if you restart....

You mean I should restart MotB from the beginning? Maybe I should do that...
(Btw, my game is patched, and I know nothing about mods...)

PLEASE! I see nothing weird among the mods (what should I look for, exactly?), or should I restart from the beginning? Or disinstall MotB, reinstall it and then play?

I have a few original ones in the OC folder, that's all. And SoZ and the OC and everything else is working just fine, except for that missing golem...

Oh, and one thing: I don't have the disk and no "uninstall" option, for I have legally downloaded the game from Atari-store (it's not for sale in my country).

so you have nothing in the override folders?.....
if you do have mods in the override folder...try deleting or removing the mods temporarily.....and test if the golem appears.....
i have nothing else.....to offer.....no experience with downloaded games.....

What if I restart? I mean, MotB from the beginning, may it help?

Possible, but unlikely.
Basically if it wasn't cured by loading a saved game from an earlier point (from a different loading "area"), then it's unlikely to work.

yep...but this smacks so much of a mod conflict......
best bet is to send your override folders (the one in your main game folder...and the one in your My documents folder) to the recycle bin (temp delete).....then restart a save point.....
if the Golem appears you can advance past that point and restore the override folders to their rightful places from the recycle bin and keep playing as was.....

The matter is, my "override" folder is totally empty.
Please tell me what exactly I should look for!

there are actually two override folders one in the main folder...and one inside your "user/my document/neverwinter nights 2/" folder....but if you say they are both empty....
my next guess...and hopefully wrong guess is that it was a download error....maybe a missing file.....
maybe if you replayed the game to that point again.....as you say you have no other options and cannot reinstall the game....?.....
