I was doing the last part of the quest where you have to keep that brat safe and I ended up killing her godparent. When I went to the Order they were obviously pist and I am no longer welcome in the Order. I have no saved games from prior.
Am I screwed from ever joining the Order? Is there a mod that can fix this?

There may be a CLUA console command that can restart the quest, but I have no idea what it would be. You may be able to fix it with Shadowkeeper as well, but again I have no knowledge of such things.

When my Paladin let an evil godparent take the child the last time, I just restarted. I'm sorry I can't be of any more help.
