can you write notes on oblivion?

i want to know what the point is in having writing tools in oblivion. can you write notes or something because if you can id like to know how. i could extort and write threat notes and stuff.

Do you mean in game with the quills and stuff your character finds? If so the answer is no; and they are there for decoration and atmospheric purposes.

Not that I'm aware of. There is a use for paint brushes if you don't mind exploiting glitches. For some reason you can place them in mid air, and then jump on top of them, by placing them one a bit higher than the other you can effectively make a ladder. Which would allow you to climb into places you shouldn't be able to access evidently. It sort of works, I tried it once with limited success, but I never found it worth the hassle.

Darn! Galraen, I learnt that trick from this site SO long ago - and I've never used it in Sideways Cave, where I've always made futile efforts to get onto the ledges above the water... darn! I know... I'll do it now - and never mind that there's bound to be nothing there! :laugh:

Yes there is a mod for writing notes IDK what it's called though......sorry if I can't be more help and I'm on ps3 so I have no clue how the mod works....... :confused:
