Does anybody know if you can still join the order if you pissed everybody off in the monastery and volcano keep?

You can always join the order... just go up to one of the order monks outside town unarmed and get your ass kicked. When you wake up, you will be recruited whether you like it or not, though becoming a mage is off limits, cause you pissed off the guy that has to recommend you, or you didn't meet that person
