I have won a retail copy of Elemental War of Magic Limited Edition but I haven't received it so far. I've send question if that has been shipped to site administrator (the same that has send me info I've won) but I haven't heard back. What can I do now? Is there a way to contact someone who would let me know what's going on?

Did you send e-mail or did you send pm here in forums? And how long has it been since you sent the message?

As far as I know Buck is reliable person, so it could very well be that he either has not been able to send the prize yet or it's coming but getting to you takes a bit longer due mail.

Also, it suspect that either he hasn't noticed your message, or he has not had time to answer to it yet, depending on how long since you sent it. He is busy man, after all.

EDIT: Also, noticed that you are from Poland. So, as the package is sent from US, it may takes a while to get there. It could also be hanging in customs office...

I've sent him e-mail with my mailing 7th September, same day I received info about winning. The second e-mail i've sent Sept 19. Maybe you're right about the shipment, I asked the same question on the game's forum and the Stardock's employee told me Gamebanshee has sent items just previous week. I hope it will arrive soon. Thanks.

I got a mail from Customs Office today. They ask me to send the sender's details and invoice. The problem is - I've got none. So there's a question - who should I contact to ask for invoice or another document that shows value of the item, shipping cost and who would give me info about the sender?

Try PMing Buck, he should be able to tell you - but if it is Stardock that have shipped the item, it is them that should handle such thing.
