How will the pc in game cosole,for cheats work?

I want to know how you will activate the in game pc version console in FALLOUT NEW VEGAS? What will the commands and cheats be and how can you utilize them?

I doubt anyone yet knows for sure, as the game is not even out yet, unless there has been some official info released about it already. Haven't seen one, and AFAIK there is no demo version for people to solve it out.
