Submit News working?

If I submit something, whether captcha is correct or not, I get send to this news article: GameInformer's Most Anticipated PC Games of 2011
That can't be right, so I figured the old 'thank you for the submission' page never made it through the server migration. If you wish to check, I send in an item regarding Neverwinter Nights using my forum nickname less than ten minutes ago.
