I finally got down to just her and she kills my party member really quickly. Maybe I should change people. I have the dwarf, the rogue and the magician. Should I drop one and pick up the druid?

Take some magic users and load them up with spells which do not rely on dexterity checks. Then bomb her into oblivion.
(No - fireball is not terrible useful against rogue NPCs)
