Rise of House Telvanni help?

Spoilers ahoy!
I posted this on their mod page, but it hasn't gotten any new posts in weeks (meaning they probably won't get back to me in a long while) so I'm reposting here:
How do I get past the Mournhold jail?
Every time I walk through the door, a split second later it tells me I've been spotted. It won't recognize Chameleon, and it's impossible to cast Invisibility as it goes away when I open the door.
I had the jail door bug that everyone here talked about, but I just added a new door with a mod -- did that screw things up?
I tried to coc into there, and the same thing. Even when I have invisibility on!
Can I no longer advance in RoHT? I was really having fun with this mod, and I'd hate to be forever prevented from seeing to its completion.
Here's a recorded video of the exact problem I'm having. It does the same thing regardless of if I coc, or am invisible, or am chameleon'd, whatever.
