Shivering Isles help!

I'm level 16 now and decided it's time to check out the SI - except no door! Didn't get the message for it even! The box for the addon is checked so thats not it. Any ideas?? I'm on a PC, and it looks like the Knights addon is working just fine.

You need to swim to a small island near Bravil,you will find a portal there.As I remember your horse cant go through the portal(without mods).

It is possible that if you use mods they will bug the event out... but yes, you have to swim to a small island.

I think CharlieK means the island isn't there.
Do you mean it isn't even in your quest list, either? If so, I would be inclined to uninstall the Shivering Isles expansion and re-install it.
Erm... just occurred to me, since you specifically mention Knights of the Nine - is it actually ON your KotN expansion disc? I dunno about what you have, but my Shivering Isles is NOT on the KotN expansion, but is a separate expansion.

Many people have had this problem. The door should be on a small island near bravil but if its not there then you have a little problem. I had that problem with mine but i figured out what to do. If you have ever had Xbox live but for some reason dont have it now then you are OFFICALLY screwed because you need xbox live to get the update for the game once i got the update i slept 24 game hours woke up and got a quest for the Shivering Isles.
