Need Help Starting Jaheira TOB Romance

Hey folks! I'm looking to start TOB from scratch with a Jaheira romance. Would anyone out there be so kind as to tell what the final romance values are for Jaheira at the end of Shadows of Amn? That includes all the values such as all those concerning plot twists, etc. I know there are easier ways of starting romances from scratch in TOB but those romance patches don't seem to work for me. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!
