I currently have installed:

-GoG version of BG2/ToB
-G3 Fixpack
-Coran NPC Pack
-Rogue Rebalancing Mod
-G3 Tweak Pack

I want to add two other mods: The Valen Mod(which I hear is quite good) and the dungeon-be-gone mod since I'm pretty sick of the intro dungeon. Typically the tweak pack needs to always go last. So should I uninstall each individual component from the tweak pack before installing these 2 mods? I assume so but it is a bit of a drag to uninstall all of that. Just want to make sure. Thanks

You don't need to re-install Tweak Pack for Dungeon-be-gone.
You may need to do so for Valen, if you want any tweaks to affect her and the NPC's added by the mod. Most Tweaks can be done by SK though.

In short : I wouldn't bother.
