How do I use this code

Ok, now that I have the codes to move out of Ust Natha. Were do i enter this code and how do I do it? Do I go into MSdos, or do I have to load the game and do it fromthere, and if I have to load the game were do I go from there to enter this code? I have never done this(enter a code into a game).
