Hi

As the title statues... How do I make a joinable NPC to be the same level as myself/lower (Atleast so they're not 500k above) experiance-wise?

I believe there's something like that in either G3Fix or G3Tweaks mod called "ToB style NPC's".
If memory serves correctly, the readme stated that this is exactly what you're looking for.

I didn't use it though, so not sure on that one.
