Mod help

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask, I'd accept someone pointing me in the right direction for assistance if an answer here is less appropriate.

I'm recently done a full reinstall, because I wanted to add some more mods.

Since then, Sword Coast Strategems II is encountering a install issue when installing the component for Mages and/or Priests pre-casting spells. It seems to get stuck in a file writing loop or check, which it eventually gets past, but not without a warning at the end of the install with regards to that component.

Game starts fine, runs fine, but I'm a hard judge to tell if some script is not working properly or if its going to crash later and I'll have to restart again. Basically paranoia won't let me just get on with it.

I know this is a pretty advance question, and I've made a post on the SCSII forums, but I just wanted to check if the mods I'm installing have any known conflicts, and this place is more active. I'm installing the following mods in this order:

BG1 & 2 (GoG.com edition)
Ascension (Weimer version)
BG2Fixpack
Spell Revisions
BG1 Unfinished Business
BG2 Unfinished Business
BG Mini Quests and Encounters
NPC Kit
Item Upgrade (Weimer)
1PP
1PP Avatar
1PP Female Dwarves
1pp Thieves
Rogue Rebalance
Sword Coast Stratagems
Sword Coast Stratagems II
BG2Tweak Pack
Widescreen Mod

My original install before the above, which seemed to work fine was as follows:

BG1 & 2 (GoG.com edition)
BG2Fixpack
Spell Revisions
BG1 Unfinished Business
BG2 Unfinished Business
BG Mini Quests and Encounters
Rogue Rebalance
Sword Coast Stratagems
Sword Coast Stratagems II
BG2Tweak Pack
Widescreen Mod

Is anyone aware of any conflicts with the mods I've installed, I've checked compatibility guides, and it seems ok.

Does my install order look correct?

Thanks for any help.

I'm not familiar with the GoG version of the game, have they effectively released a Tutu version; i.e. BG1 running on the BG 2 engine?

If not then some of those mods you listed are BG2 specific and shouldn't be installed in BG1.

Afaik it works fine for the GoG versions based on this guide:

Baldur's Gate 2 essential mods - Baldur's Gate - Forum - - GOG.com

Basically, you do a full install of both, and once BGTrilogy is installed, all mods (both BG1 and BG2 related) get dumped into the BG2 directory. The guide even mentions you can uninstall your BG1 game once BGTrilogy is installed.

So I think I am OK on that front.

OK, just needed that confirmed, trilogy rather than Tutu, but that means everything looks fine to me.

The only one I haven't tried if memory serves is Spell revisions, however load order can be of utmost importance with BG. Hopefully someone better versed will throw light on that, or you could search using 'load order' as criteria. I'd definitely try installing Sword Coast Strategems II before Spell Revisions if you haven't already done so.

Thanks for the help, much appreciated.

I could try SCS II before spell revisions, but Spell Revisions says to strictly install it after the fix pack, but before any AI enhancement mods.
