Cloak of DEFLECTION!

I think it is impossible that nobody has asked this, but I will ask it once again.
Is there a way to get your Cloak of MIRRORING back??!! I liked it MUCH better than this Deflection thing! Ok, it's maybe a little cheating, but he! It was used in SoA, so it's not THAT much of cheating
