Character Creation Step by Step

I am a new DM and I am running I running a Morrowind based game. I have come up with all the racial bonuses for the new races, so Char. Gen. should be the same. But I am having a hard time trying to explain the Char. Gen. process to them. can someone post a step by step guide, that would be great.
