Baldurdash Throne Of Bhaal Fixpack 1.0 & Fixes Posted

Well, here it is. FixPack 1.0 for Throne Of Bhaal may not look like much, but there are 120 Shadows Of Amn officially unresolved bugfixes that were also included in the FixPack without any modification at all and so aren't listed here lest this list be excessively lengthy. A more complete list can be found on the Throne Of Bhaal Bugfixes page.
Also, there are several more complex bugs (many involving scripting) that I have to work on, and a couple minor ones that I neglected to import; you'll see them in the next one. But as many people uninstalled all the Shadows Of Amn fixes, it was a priority to get a set of fixes out that replaced what was taken away before as well as correcting some of the issues found thus far with Throne Of Bhaal.
Note that many of the dialog exploits that were present before were not included, as the engine seems to be interpreting the method that I use to get rid of them before in a different way. I'll find a new way... for next time.

New Throne Of Bhaal and New/Updated Shadows Of Amn Fixes:
- Conflict between Baldurdash Shadows Of Amn fixes with Throne Of Bhaal installed without uninstaller being run first resolved (ToB installer wasn't overwriting SoA SPELL.IDS)
- Absolute Immunity duration corrected; was 28 seconds instead of 24
- Duplication of gem bags of Amkethran smuggler before and after monks' arrival and also duplicated the bag sold by Gaelan Bayle's associate in Athkatla
- Blade Offensive Spin ability was suppressing all off-hand attacks due to using Haste resource; left-hand will only attack once/round now but it's still better than zero
- Cavalier Resist Fear ability subject to Magic Resistance check and failure
- Anomen would only react to the betrayal of Countess Santele if he was Chaotic Neutral and failed his knighthood, and would not react if he was Lawful Good and a member of the Order
- Crimson Dart usable by Kensai though all other darts now prohibited from Kensai usage
- High-Level Abilities Hardiness, Evasion, Greater Evasion and Avoid Death could be applied cumulatively several times
- Drow Egg Guards in Ust Natha could see and react to invisible players, making it nearly impossible to complete the Ust Matha quests without all the Drow going hostile
- Waukeen's Promenade had the same echoey effect with EAX/Environmental Audio on as caves, making the audio there somewhat annoying
- Errard of Saradush had an incorrect alignment of Lawful Evil, though he's wearing a Robe Of The Good Archmagi, which was confusing in determining the guilty party in the Kiser quest
- Fairy Dragon familiars (CG-alignment) did not double their Hit Points transitioning to Throne Of Bhaal, which all other familiars did, and lost their elemental resistances, which no other familiars did
- Foebane's Larloch's Minor Drain bonus Hit Points would fail on a Magic Resistant wielder
- Gromnir's Full Plate +2 and Shruppak's Plate had the same erroneous THAC0 penalty of 1 and Movement Rate penalty of 2 as the Limited Wish Full Plate +2 did
- Gauntlets Of Extraordinary Specialization could not be worn by Assassins and Bounty Hunters dual-classed to Fighters, but could be worn by Monks
- Globes of Invulnerability did not protect against Skull Trap
- Grandmaster's Armour used the same flawed Movement Rate effect as the Boots Of Speed, which caused failed backstabs and suppressed off-hand attacks
- Imoen was still missing 25 thieving skills points when summoned in Throne Of Bhaal in the Abyssal subplane
- Jaheira romance in Throne Of Bhaal would sometimes fail to continue from Shadows Of Amn
- Kangaxx pickpocket exploit for second Ring Of Gaxx updated to no longer require separate item file
- Keldorn's Firecam Full Plate updated to prevent Half-Orcs and Monks from wearing it
- Mordenkainen's Sword SoA fix updated; no longer will the previously picked-up Greenstone Amulets stick to players and the Sword is now properly immune to Charm and Domination
- Multiclass thieves could pick the Assassination high-level ability several times, but single-class thieves only once (it is only ot be picked once)
- Pantaloons Enigma rewards has erroneous class and Intelligence restrictions; confirmed shoudl be usable by all characters
- Wizards and Rogues were not receiving their final Level 21 saving throw reductions as the level 20 ruleset on them from BG1 was still in effect
- Shield Of Harmony's provided immunities to mind-control magic were dispellable
- Short Bow +1 had the graphics (icon and inventory) of the Composite Long Bow
- Staff Of The Magi equipped effects were dispellable (including the Armour Class bonus)
- Shadows Of Amn Tears Of Bhaal tests fix for already-evil but not Neutral-Evil protagonists shifting alignment to Neutral Evil updated; uneeded "spell" effects removed
- Vhailor's Helm Simulacrum ability would fail due to wearer Magic Resistance
- Weapon proficiency table errors fixed: Cleric/thieves were being allowed a Darts proficiency though cannot use Darts, and Fighter/Druids, Fighter/Mage/Clerics and Ranger/Clerics could only put two proficiencies into Two Weapon Style (though fighters/rangers and subclasses should be allowed three)
- Watcher's Keep lowest level outdoor entry trigger stuck out under its door, which allowed the player to immediately access the Imprisoned One upon arrival without having to go through the upper four levels of the Keep
- Watcher's Keep top level statue dropped a +2 halberd that was flagged as shoplifted and therefore not be sold other than to a fence
- White Dragon Scale armour was wearable by Shapeshifters though they may not war any armour, but not by Thief/Mages though single-class thieves can (and are confirmed allowed to; it's lightweight chainmail)
- Wild Surge #17 destroyed gold on the target, instead of the caster, so the player could lose 80% of party gold in Watcher's Keep without casting any spells (confirmed as a bug)
- Wish's Double Length Improved Alacrity using wrong spell effect; lessened casting time by 10 but did not erase the one-round pause between spells
