Where in Fallout Tactics Wasteland'll I find it? I can't find a map with that event, anywhere.
Most of the events are at a different location every time you play the game.

Note, that some spots can have multiple encounters, while others may miss them. But these are ALL the special encounter spots.
Some encounters are always in the same place, like the Titanic one.
