Storage bin

Ok, I installed patch 1.3 which is suppose to give storage bin's a new quest in act 2 etc... but after installing I'm standing in front of the dwarf at the inn in act 2 and get no prompt for a bin when talking to him. Is there a way for me to check what my current game is updated to like there was in W1? THX in advance
