Forgot to get Axe at Griffon Inn Chapter 2

I forgot to get the Bloody Axe for the Orc in the little challenge level at Griffon Inn in Chapter 2. I don't even remember if the dwarf had it on him. Is there any way to create the item so I can complete the quest? I really want his amulet.. can I just create the amulet? I'm pretty sure I can't go back inside.
