Am I in trouble?

I'm romancing Viconia and she and my PC just slept together for the 3rd time. But after they woke up, she says she wants to end it. I begged her not to, but she said it had to end anyway. Is something wrong here? We still haven't been jumped by the Handmaiden and her Yochlol. Can anyone spoil me and tell me what's up?

Sorry, the romance is over. You're not supposed to sleep with her the third time.

You sure, @Sabre? I haven't played a character with a longterm Viconia romance since my third time through, but I recall that she eventually comes around to understanding your point of view.

Yeah, I'm sure. I checked through all of the possible dialogues after you sleep with her, all of them ended with ViconiaRomanceActive turning to 3. You're supposed to show her that love is more than just sleeping together.
Edit - @fable, what you said refers to the first time you get to sleep with her, she'll get mad at you no matter if you slept with her or not.

@Sabre, do you recall if her anger after this continues through ToB? Again, my recollection is fuzzy. I've got to contend with too many games, not to mention the onset of senescence.

Well, since this - I'm assuming you mean that you slept with her the third time, right? - turns the ViconiaRomanceActive to 3, this means that the romance will not continue in ToB.
