Better Bodies Modding Issues

Ok I tried to install the better bodies mod into my MW but when I went the game was launching I got all these model load errors. In the game all the NPCs are bunch of yellow polygons. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it??
Please explain in a not so confusing way. As in, step by step instruction. Pretend that I am a guy who has no knowledge in computers.
I've also changed the dates and everything since I downloaded from steam.
