Warlock + HFW caster level

I was wondering, for the purpose of Warlock spells/abilities, are Hellfire Warlock levels included when determining caster level?
If they are not, it can probably be fixed by taking the feat Practised Spellcaster (Warlock), but I'd like to know for sure.

Yes.
Only the Warlock feats are delayed.
Note: IF you are building a full level 30 Warlock, say to be played over the OC and MOTB, a standard Warlock is preferable. IF however you have Kaedrin's installed then this might not be the case (..depending on other classes).

Thank you. I don't think I'll use Kaedrin's hackpack, but I can at the very least see how he made this different.
