Inventory Screen Bug

I've been asking around a few forums searching for some answers. Whenever I equip helmets and weapons to female human paperdolls in the inventory screen, they're not aligned. I mean the helmet sits slightly off of the head and the weapon lays over the wrist. It just looks terrible. I can't find any info anywhere of this happening. I'm using Icewind Dale complete from GoG with G3 fix and tweak pack. Any help would be great. Thanks.

This sounds like a graphics bug. IWD is an old game, so compability issues are not unheard of. If you tell us your current configuration someone on the forums might be able to pinpoint the problem.

As of the moment, I can only give you some general tips: tamper with your video options for a bit and see how it will turn out. Try setting the game to run on 16 bits first, that solved some of my graphical problems with BGII (the game is different, but the engine is the same).l

Thanks for the response Majorman. This and this are examples of what I'm talking about.

I'm running the GoG version of Icewind Dale complete. As far as mods go I'm using the G3 tweak and fixpack. I'm also using the widescreen mod so I can run the game at 1366x768. Maybe that's the issue. Running the game in 32 bit full screen mode. Anyways that's my set up. But I'll definitely try some of your suggestions. Thanks.

EDIT: I tried turning down to 16 bit as well as lowering the resolution but that didn't help. It just made the bug more obvious...lol.

duuuude, I get black squares around 50% of my stuff and a paperdoll that blinks in/out of existence... don't fix it if it ain't broke, and a slight glitch in the inventory screen only is a shocking degree of bug-freedom with old games today
