kuldahar people missing

i started Dragons eye and wanted to go back to Kuldahar for more weapons and no one is there except the Druid. Is this a glitch?

It's normal that they aren't at their homes any more. Search the town and you'll find.

I found them when I first came to Kuldahar, but after I kill off all of the yuan ti in theri temple everryone seems to have vanished.

Search the Kuldahar area thoroughly, they should be standing somewhere outside (not in a building).
If not then you've encountered a bug I've never heard of.
