Is there anyone in TOB (not SoA) that buys these? cause I without thinking stole a rod of ressurection and now I cant recharge it!
Please a little spoilers as possible.

There's always Roger the Fence down in the sewers. I'm not sure about the guy who hangs about south of the Harper gaff at night. Don't bother trying the Theives Guild because they (of all people!) get snotty about you selling stolen goods.

He said in ToB, not SoA. Anyway, I think the smuggler in Amkethran would accept fenced goods, except he doesn't hang around for long.

But theres the guy in the minor thief base, yoiu end up killing him, and his front man takes stolen stuff too

Try kevins latest patch. read me says the halberd from watchers keep is now flagged as non0stolen.

That has me puzzled as well...
While I understand you can't steal something and immediately sell it back, what would prevent you from walking across the street and selling it there?
That's it! Those merchants must have placed invisible magnet strips on their goods.
