For some days, I got two white bands on the sides of the website, and most thread titles are in black. Needless to say, this is near illegible. Is this a deliberate design decision?

I've also had the same problem since Friday/Saturday.
It can make navigation a pain.

Think it might be to do with the banners they use for advertising not loading properly in some regions - or simply not exisiting.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, guys. I believe this issue is being caused by a specific set of ads that are running in a particular region. I've notified UGO/IGN, so hopefully it gets sorted out soon.
