Spoilers - Riften house help - spoilers!!!

I'm trying to buy the Riften house and apparently in order to get enough favour with the Jarl, I need to start by finding a woman with a skooma addiction in 'Riften Fisheries'. I can't find the fishery, it's not marked on the map and I've walked all round the city and quite a way around the lake - it's driving me mad!
Anyone know where I can find it please???

I ended up finding her by fluke in one of Riften's drinking establishments somewhere.. can't remember exactly which one, but try those and you may run into her..

It is outside riften(the fishery).You can find the gate close to the marketplace,its on the the other side of the town not at the stables.

She sleeps in the bunkhouse.

Thanks everyone - I finally found her!
As it was daytime, I tried the exit from the city near the market and found the fishery!
Now I just have to kill the boss in the cave... might have to level a bit first, he's impossible at the moment
