Speech Skill and Skill Trainers

Does anyone know if the Speech skill and its Haggling perk reduces the prices of training your skills with a skill trainer? Is there anyway at all to make their prices go down?

Ooh, that's a good question! I have no idea though, sorry! Prices seem to go up as your skill goes up if that's any help?

I believe that Haggling only affects buying and selling prices, and that training is unaffected by this.

I think Cren is right. The skills training is based on how high your level is in that skill.
