I just installed Skyrim, for the 2nd time, and I can only get the picture on 1/4 of my computer screen. Should I uninstall and start over again? Is ther some where I can go to fix this problem?

Have you tried setting the resolution in the game's video settings? You can match it with your monitor's maximum resolution.

I just reinstalled it and it was fine except it is really slow.
