Bloodlines' graphic issues

Hi all,
I've just installed Bloodlines on my Windows Xp.
I have already installed the Official Patch and the Unofficial 3.0 (and the Italian Translation Patch for the 3.0).
When I run the game it goes all ok.... the first 2 minutes. After those some textures begin to disappear. Transparent bodies or wall, and then also the Menu disappear. I can click on the option (Load, Save etc) but I can't see them.
P.s. I haven't installed it on C: (my windows partition), but on D:.
What can I do?
