Help I'm a Vampire

I caught vampirism when fighting in a cave filled with vampires. Anyone know how to cure it?

If it's still in its basic form, then you can cure it like any other disease. Otherwise, you should go talk to any innkeeper, or start working on the Companions quests in Whiterun.

^^Being a vampire in Skyrim is tailored to a more stealthy style of play. Go for lycanthropy if you want to be brute force. They basically took away the fortify attributes of the Oblivion vampires and gave them to werewolves, but gave vampires more stealth/magic to compensate.
