Made it easy to set ranger now.
You're Welcome!
Just as a point of comparison, this is what I'd consider a good "solid" Archer build:
Improved Archer | NWN2 Character Builder
It basically "front loads" a lot of damage and makes that damage applicable to every opponent (..as opposed to racial-only opponents).
+2 at 4th level, +1 at 8th level, +1 at 10th level, +1 at 12th level, +1 at 14th level, +1 at 16th level, +1 at 18th level, +1 at 20th level, +2 at 26th level, and +2 at 28th.
It also has better attack numbers.
It also accelerates access to Improved Rapid shot by 6 levels.
Saves are better (which includes bonuses from Spellcraft).
It has several improvements to AC: you can wear any armor at any time (useful at lower levels), you also have bonuses (+4).
It has Diplomacy and enough points in Use Magic Device for restricted magical equipment.
Finally it adds-in 6 castings of "Fireball" via Imbue Arrow and Dragon Breath (though as a "cone" blast).
HOWEVER,
It's not a stealth-type character, it doesn't have a good animal companion, nor a few spells the ranger has. Plus at higher levels and only against selected racial enemies - a Ranger does more damage. Finally it doesn't have 2 One Shots.
Basically it's a different build that's probably a better at lower levels while potentially being inferior at higher levels (to the pure Ranger).
..I should also note the obvious difference of 2 level penalty race with spell resistance vs. a no-level penalty race (with no spell resistance).
