Universal (Neutral) Force Power Cost increased. A Bug?

Hey.

I'm currently on my way to full dark side alignment, and just noticed that my universal force powers have a cost adjustment, i.e. they became more expensive to cast (Speed for example is +2 cost now). It's substantially lower than the adjustment for the light side powers, but I always thought universal power were not cost modified at all.

Context: I patched my game to 1.0b, and installed some mods, most notably, the Restored Content Mod. Possibly it is one of the mods that caused it, but I wanted to ask if someone else experienced this.

EDIT: I just checked again, and it actually seems rather than a problem with the universal/neutral force powers, it is actually a *general* +2 increase of cost for *all* my force powers. I think it only started as I hit level 14. Any idea what happened?

EDIT 2: Solved, sort of. It seems it's related to the area: I'm currently on Telo Planetside, and if I go down into the "sea shore area", all my force powers get a +2 cost modifiert, if I leave the area, that modifier vanishes. Weird...

It's in that area where you have a small dialogue with Kreia (if you select her in your party) about how your force connection is doing. Apparently the state of the planet has an effect on you

. I never realized that actually has an effect on your stats in that area though. Interesting.
