Most likely a bug

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to Baldur's Gate 2. I don't really know where this thread would belong; the reason is that it seems to be exactly on the border between the Shadows of Amn and the Throne of Bhaal.
My character was a Neutral Good Dwarven Berserker, whom I imported to Throne of Bhaal (from the last occasion I could save, which was before placing the final bottle of the Tears of Bhaal). After wandering around in the expansion, I suddenly noticed that the alignment of the character was switched to Neutral Evil. I strongly disliked that, and I was pretty much certain that it was a bug as I paid extreme attention not to do anything that could count as evil in such a game. So, shame or not, I decided to use a savegame editor (Shadowkeeper) to edit it back. And there I saw something that further confirmed that it is a bug: the editor still displayed that he was Neutral Good, therefore I seem to have no chance to revert him to original. I guess I can still play the game this way, but being evil just irritates me, especially that I won't stop following the good path.
Thanks in advance if someone can help!
