how do you even get this? also my games patch is 1.023 HOW DO I UPDATE IT TO 1,05 ? sorry for the caps!

Any character in the OC that you create should get the feat automatically. The merchant and savings throw bonus should be there automatically.
Update via the game-disc start menu, NOT the game start menu.

It's linked to specific versions of the game, but you can give it to each character by way of cheats. Check the Gamebanshee database for the number of the feat. There's also another feat like that, I think it's called Merchant's Friend.
