Hiding Vampirism

Is it possible to conceal Stage 4 vampirism by covering your face? I mean, with something like the Nightingale Hood, or one of the Dragon Priests' masks.

If it isn't, it sounds like exactly the sort of thing that will be modded-in at some point. It has been for the previous three TES games.
