Abandoned Thaig- how do I ge there?

I've heard of an Abandoned Thaig on Sundermount in Act II, but I have no idea how to get there. Apparently there's one of them forbidden tomes there. Anyone know how I reach this place? Thanks.

It's on the western side of Sundermount. Look for Exit C [url="http://www.gamebanshee.com/dragonageii/walkthrough/sundermount-act2.php"]here[/url].
