Some conversations and quests get stuck

Cidhna mine....got in but can't get any conversation started to get out.
Question the witnesses....got to questions them all, but when reporting back to guard I get stuck... no conversation options and can't get out of attempt to dialogue with guard
Understone Keep - Lost Expedition. Got all of the Journals, but can't give them to Calcelmo. Conversation will not let me or acknowledge that I got the journals.
Magic School - Have the spell needed, but can't seem to get it to register on the seal on the floor. So can't get in there either.
Anybody have any thoughts.....thanks.
