Favorite Gaming Moment in Skyrim?

I got this game the day it came out, only to find my elderly PC did not have enough memory to play it! So I installed several new memory cards, only to find that they only boosted the PC enough to play it in dreadfully herky-jerky slow motion. But then I got a new PC for Christmas, and since then I've logged 120 hours - and have still only done about half of all the stuff that the game presents!

I like the Questlines I've done, and I like how ridiculously easy it is to upload Mods in the Steam Workshop. But I guess my question is - what is your favorite moment in the game? Just the one thing that caught your attention and made you say, "Who, this is COOL!"

One of mine was when I was walking towards Riverwood at twilight and there were torchbugs flitting along the path. I reached out and caught one! And I remember thinking - "Whoa! I just caught a lightning bug, in a game!"

Then, the first time I fought a dragon and watched its corpse burst into flame as I sucked the soul right out of it - WELL, that was neat too!!!

So what was your favorite "small moment"? And your favorite "big moment"?

My favorite moment was using the Nightingale Subterfuge perk. I had taken the perk by accident, but discovered it had some fantastic uses in the Dark Brotherhood quests. This led to this moment...

***SPOILER***
Spoiler
For the assassination of Gauis Maro, he was walking about in the courtyard of Castle Dour (hardly the best place for an assassination. I wandered around for a time watching him looking for an opportunity, guaging the range, hid behind the wall on the south archway and from stealth cast Nightingale Subterfuge. When he and the guards started fighting I rushed in and finished him off... to the guards I was a hero, who had helped them off a madman - and once I planted the evidence, I was a hero who killed a madman who was plotting to kill the emperor.

I think my favourite big moment was upon initiating the main quest and walking into Dragon's Reach where I encountered the Jarl and his courtiers having a *real conversation* that was decently voice-acted.
No comments about mud crabs or goblins, no disjointed replies... (Because I really hate that aspect of Oblivion and no mod can fix it)

Favourite small moment...
Wandering into a tomb and discovering an NPC that needed help. I think this is a great way to incorporate side quests, feels very natural, and it has a nice unexpected element to it.

I'm a sucker for sandbox games so I like to make my own fun.

Things that stick to my mind include having an epic battle with the Greybeards on the side of a mountain, pushing goats off cliffs and ambushing travelling khajits after patiently stalking them into the hills.

My personal fave however would be cat and mouse games with giants, a thing that can only really be done with a low level character.

If we are talking scripted, the daedric quests simply due to the crazy characters that you meet and the strong possibility that you were always a second away from getting cheated by some demonic creature

I liked the dialog of Nazir, liked Grelka too. "Hurry up and buy something so I can go get drunk. Haelga knows what she wants.
Once, I passed Beirand on the ramp to his forge and I was not wearing shoes. He laughed at me and gave me some boots. Thought that was kewl.

Can't think of any "BIG" moments. I'm trying hard to like this game but it just feels dumbed-down and smaller. Not as much content as Morrowind (my all time favorite) and the Radiant system seems like a lazy way to make it bigger. No "edgyness" like Fallout . The voice acting seems like a step down from Oblivion or Fallout NV . Dialog, no game has dialog as good as Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines.
IMHO, Skyrim is worth a playthrough. It's a good game but not a great game.
