River of Time - Top Tier abilities?

I'm in the final chapter of the game, and I still haven't found a trainer who can teach Fatal Thrust or Hammerblow. Any idea where I can find one?

You can learn Fatal Thrust from the master in the thieves guild in Nadoret (You must be a Thief or have Cano in your party to be allowed to enter).
You can learn Hammerblow in Nadoret from the captain of the city guard, as well as many other skills.
The "missing" skills are added to their teachings after you complete the Hidden Harbor quest in Hammerbag.
