Does anything really interesting happen, maybe some interesting dialog, if after you are captured by the Sith ship and they start to torture your friends, if you answer all the questions to stop them from doing so?
And what happens if you don't answer any of them?'

I've only reached this point in the game once, and I answer one question I believe and let him torture Carth for the others, but I always wondered what would happen if you didn't answer any of them at all, and if you answered all of them? Does the dialog reference it? And if so how?

Yes, the dialog definitely changes either way. And if your a female he tortures Carth and if your male he tortures Bastila.
