Start as Celestial, train as a Mage, become an Enchantress, then either Battlemage or Paladin, and finally Warwitch.

Now, what do you consider "best"? Battlemage of Paladin? I know, Arcane Magic is all powerful, so Battlemage is a strong choice, but the lack of learning bonuses to Heavy Weapons makes qualifying for Warwitch SO much more tedious, especially if you want to use some of the Heavy Weapons with high prereqs later on.

Would choosing Paladin make the Arcane Spells so expensive that they will never reach a usable level? Or will it just make them into Tactical Nukes instead of Strategic Nukes?

I'd suggest going Paladin, for the simple reason Nukes are total game killers.

Thanks. If you could only wear the skirts with your armour like the Witches-type of enemy, then you'd look like a real Warwitch.
